About The Role

Position Objective: This contract position is expected to support the administration related work of the agency relationship management team in our AIA Corporate Solutions Division.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain production reports, including sales performance, market analysis and profitability.
  • Perform data compilation and data reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation of product changes and updates.
  • Track and monitor monthly budget performance against actual figures.
  • Support and coordinate the acceptance of commercial risks with respective teams.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking on relevant products.
  • Provide support to sales teams by addressing product-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.


Minimum Requirements


  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in the employee benefits industry.
  • Ability to work independently while sharing expertise with others.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Highly result and detail oriented.
