Main Job & Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Provide good customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure products are properly stocked, arranged, and labelled.
• Assist in checking stock quantity, stock replenishment, and new shipment receiving.
• Operate cashier/POS system and handle transactions when required.
• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow

Background

• Minimum educational background in any field.
• Fresh graduate however preferred with 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
