• Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical / IT / Science or related field)

• Working Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (relevant experience is an added advantage)

• Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge in planning and inventory management

• Understanding of Kaizen and continuous improvement concepts is an advantage

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Assist engineers in maintaining and updating production IT systems (e.g., PIS, AIS, DPS, DNA).

• Perform troubleshooting of hardware and software issues to minimize production downtime.

• Provide technical support to production staff and resolve system-related issues promptly.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and stability.

• Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and support logs.

• Support digitalisation and process improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Karakuri).

• Maintain and service system-related equipment such as tablets, scanners, printers, and automation devices (AMR).

• Prepare and manage documentation, including ISO audit documents and technical records.

• Assist in planning and preparing materials for Permit-to-Work (PTW) activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MIT, production, inspection) to ensure smooth integration of systems.

For Accessory Inspection Scope (if assigned):

• Analyse defects from production and accessory inspection lines.

• Support new model development and inspection line setup.

• Monitor and analyse system performance data.

• Maintain technical documents such as SOPs, WIS/WSS, and inspection standards.

• Assist in training new team members and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

• Participate in safety activities and audits.
