Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Network or related IT disciplines.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to work after office hours, on standby duties, and travel when required to support business operations.

Possess a good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and technical troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.

Experience in IT support, helpdesk, technical support or system administration will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;

Provide end-user support for system, hardware, network, and application-related issues.

Monitor and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Manage IT assets, equipment maintenance, and operational readiness across business locations.

Deliver technical support for operational, after-hours, and business-critical activities as required.

Support system installation, testing, deployment, and enhancement projects.

Perform system data extraction, reporting, and verification activities to meet business needs.

Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and business continuity initiatives.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through process enhancement, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
