Job Description
Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 warehouse staff during the assigned shift.
Allocate daily tasks and coordinate manpower to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Oversee inbound activities, including receiving, sorting, storage, and put-away of goods.
Manage outbound operations such as picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor inventory movements and process transactions accurately using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment status updates while maintaining excellent service standards.
Monitor team productivity and operational KPIs, preparing daily shift reports for management.
Enforce workplace safety, 5S practices, and compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Investigate and report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and incidents while supporting continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Experience leading warehouse teams with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or other ERP systems, with a good understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy.
Familiar with inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle enquiries and resolve operational issues effectively.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including permanent or rotating night shifts and overtime when required.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while adhering to workplace safety and 5S standards.
