Currently an Executive who hold a bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related field

Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively.

Computer literate.

Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management system.

Experience in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with workflow automation tools, databases and digital management platforms.

Knowledge of document management systems.

Lead and coordinate the transformation of manual Quality Management System (QMS) process into efficient digital platforms.

Maintain and improve digital QMS Platforms, databases, dashboards and automated reporting systems.

Ensure digitalized QMS processes comply with ISO 9001 requirements, company policies and applicable regulatory standards.

Conduct internal audits, track corrective actions and support compliance across HQ and branch operations.

Prepare reports and update inputs for meeting to Management i.e Business Plan review / Monthly Meeting

Provide training, guidance and technical support to users on digital QMS systems and applications.
