Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with leadership and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on HR policies, managing employee relations, guiding performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. The role will also involve supporting recruitment and onboarding, analyzing HR data to identify trends, and recommending initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion, and retention. The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping build scalable HR practices in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience implementing and improving HR frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations, with a track record of resolving issues, fostering trust, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and risk mitigation.
  • Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including setting expectations, coaching managers, and supporting review and feedback processes.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications include experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, strong communication and consulting abilities, and proficiency in HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; experience in tech, AI, or startup environments is an advantage.
