Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments via air, sea, and land freight

• Prepare and process shipping documents including BL, permits, invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders

• Liaise closely with customers, overseas agents, carriers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments

• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers

• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements

• Handle billing, vendor invoices, and job costing

• Resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly

• Maintain accurate records and update operational systems

• Support continuous process improvements and innovation initiatives
  

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels, Diploma, or equivalent

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred

• Familiar with import/export procedures and shipping documentation

• Knowledge of TradeNet and Singapore Customs procedures is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication

• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask under pressure

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Team player with positive working attitude
