We are seeking a Systems Analyst dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry by developing and supporting advanced applications for companies running clinics. This role spans the creation and maintenance of clinic and enterprise software to improve patient care and streamline operational processes across logistics, CMS, human resources (HR), and more. The successful candidate will plan, manage and deliver projects, explore innovative software solutions, manage application support across all levels, and ensure system security and compliance. Additionally, this role demands the ability to produce crucial system development documentation from technical specifications to user manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage systems development and maintenance with functional managers

• Co-design and co-solution with functional managers to develop, deploy, and maintain clinic and enterprise software and related services.

• Act as a first-among-equals, coordinating projects and support within a small team Provide multi-tiered application support, from troubleshooting to solving complex technical issues, anticipating issues before they emerge.

• Enhance infrastructure and application performance (stability, speed, load) Ensure all systems are secure, compliant, and adhere to best development practices

• Generate essential system development documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides.

• Interface with third parties on tech-related matters (regulators, service providers, etc)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in programming with expertise in .NET, Entity Framework, MVC, C#, and web technologies

• Experience leading full-stack teams

• Expert proficiency in MSSQL and experience with database management, query and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of responsive design, and cross-browser/device compatibility

• Experience with cloud services and their integration into projects, including AI

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry and with enterprise systems (such as Finance / Accounting, ERP, WMS, HRMS) is highly valued.

• Availability to support systems during clinic operational hours, including weekend / night standbys

• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to clean coding, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement.

• A "can do, will do" attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on and drive projects to completion.
