Job Summary

Lead and mentor teams to drive profitability and sustainable growth for IPG Hospitality’s key Singapore markets. Oversee P&L, develop strategic plans, and enhance operational efficiency and customer retention in the F&B sector.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement long-term business strategies to increase profitability and expand market presence in Singapore
  • Manage the Group’s P&L for key Singapore markets to achieve financial targets and optimize resource allocation
  • Develop and align strategic plans with company vision to support sustainable business growth
  • Lead initiatives to promote and embed company culture, vision, and mission across all teams
  • Provide leadership that improves operational efficiency and increases customer retention rates
  • Set clear, measurable performance and growth goals for direct reports and teams to drive accountability and results
  • Mentor and develop talent by fostering team-building and organizational skills aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional management of HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cohesive and effective business functions
  • Adapt leadership style to manage change effectively and communicate strategic plans clearly in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high reliability and responsibility while managing pressure and dynamic operational demands

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • At least 20 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry, preferably in restaurant general management
  • Proven experience managing multiple business functions including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills demonstrated through managing diverse teams
  • Proficiency in English communication to articulate strategies and lead teams effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under pressure
