Ace Building Services is a trusted provider of electrical and plumbing solutions for commercial, industrial and residential projects in Singapore. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Coordinate payroll preparation, leave administration and attendance records.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and related MOM matters.
- Assist with staff training, performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
- Manage office administration, procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Support project teams with administrative documentation and filing.
- Coordinate company events, meetings and general office operations.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of HR and administrative experience.
- Experience in the construction or M&E industry will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-organized, meticulous and able to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
