Receive goods and materials from suppliers and customers
Record stock in/out transactions and daily key data into the System
Perform stock calculations and ensure physical stock matches system records (up-to-date)
Report any stock shortages or discrepancies to the purchaser or relevant personnel
Ensure all received goods/materials are in good condition and in the correct quantity
