Responsibilities
- Lead the concept development, design, and execution of multimedia content for campaigns, social media, websites, and digital platforms.
- Create and oversee the production of motion graphics, videos, animations, and interactive visuals.
- Collaborate with the creative director and marketing team to deliver strong visual communication aligned with brand strategy.
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers and interns, ensuring consistent quality and creative standards.
- Manage multiple design projects from ideation to delivery within given timelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia outputs and maintain visual quality control.
- Keep up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in multimedia and motion design.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external vendors when required.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
