Job Scope:

• Assist customers and provide friendly, professional service 
• Operate cashier and handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet) 
• Manage arcade game cards, reloads, and basic machine assistance 
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels 
• Support sales of merchandise and promotional items 
• Assist during events and IP pop-ups, including crowd engagement 
• Follow SOPs and ensure a safe, organized environment
