Job Summary

Support finance operations by managing accounts receivable and payable tasks accurately, using relevant software tools, and contributing to smooth financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately to maintain financial records
• Use Accpac software to record and track financial data, improving transaction efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely invoice processing and payment follow-ups
• Maintain organized financial documentation to support audit and reporting requirements
• Apply knowledge of commerce principles to support daily finance operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Commerce or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable or related finance functions
• Familiarity with Accpac software is an advantage
• Preferably specialized in AR/AP functions or equivalent
