We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help us design beautiful, intuitive, and conversion-driven websites and digital experiences.

You will work closely with branding strategists, developers, and AI/MarTech teams to transform ideas, wireframes, and brand narratives into polished, user-centric interfaces. Your work will directly shape how users experience our clients’ brands across web and digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great design is not just how it looks—but how it works.

Key Responsibilities

UI / Visual Design

• Design high-quality website interfaces, landing pages, and digital platforms aligned with brand guidelines

• Create clean, modern UI layouts with strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy

• Translate brand strategies into engaging digital experiences

• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile

UX / Experience Design

• Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritise usability and clarity

• Ensure intuitive navigation, clear CTAs, and seamless user flows

• Improve user experience through iteration, feedback, and testing

• Balance creativity with business and conversion goals

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

• Collaborate with branding, marketing, and AI teams on integrated digital projects

• Prepare design assets and handover files for development

• Maintain consistency across multiple projects and platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX or Web Design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating website and digital product design

• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and usability best practices

• Ability to translate concepts into high-quality visual outputs

• Strong attention to detail and design consistency

Nice to Have

• Experience working with branding agencies or digital products

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end constraints

• Familiarity with conversion-focused design (landing pages, funnels, CTAs)

• Experience designing for AI, dashboards, or SaaS platforms
