• Handle ordering from outlets (including outstation) and central kitchen (CK)
• Responsible to track the status of Purchase Order (PO) with suppliers
• Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support outlets/CK daily operation.
• Liaise with third party for logistic.
• Matching DO/Invoice from Outlets/CK versus PO. Liaise with supplier with any price, quantities, or product variances.
• Coordinate with all departments and external suppliers.
• Perform other ad-hoc task requested by management
• To ensure all documentation related to order processing are properly filed and kept for easy retrieval, required for reference check & audit purpose.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
• Maintain effective relationships with existing suppliers and explore new ones to improve supply chain effectiveness.
• Ensure that purchased goods meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
• Have backup suppliers in place for critical products in case of issues with primary suppliers (e.g., delays or quality issues).
• Handle all necessary documentation related to purchasing, including contracts and invoices.
• Source and procure products (food, ingredients, packaging, and other items) that comply with halal standards and certifications.
• Ensure all purchasing practices adhere to the company’s ethical guidelines, focusing on halal compliance and quality.
• Work closely with the quality assurance and compliance teams to ensure halal certifications are current and valid.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision yet capable and comfortable to work in team environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
