JUNIOR ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE (Handyman)

IMMEDIATE VACANCY – Permanent Position

Primary Location: Genting Klang, Setapak

Requires to travel, 6 days work, Permanent position

Salary Range: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month + overtime

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in all maintenance-related tasks, including:

• Carry out maintenance of building & structure, electrical and mechanical system.
• Perform maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems (cleaning filters, checking units, reporting faults)
• Support troubleshooting of aircond systems and coordinate
• Assist in general maintenance works (electrical, plumbing and basic repairs)
• Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Carry out minor repair works and support major repair activities
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks across different areas as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or any relevant technical certification/discipline
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, building maintenance, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Positive attitude, responsible, and punctual
• Team player with good communication skills
• Possess a valid GLA driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
