We're hiring an Online Sales to handle customer conversations, follow up on leads, and close sales — all through WhatsApp and our online platforms.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and assist them through the buying process
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales
• Keep sales records and customer updates current through our internal system
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain good relationships with existing customers

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field;
• Mandarin speaker also encourage to apply
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-ups
• Experience in online sales, or e-commerce is a bonus
• Comfortable working with digital systems for daily reporting
