IT Job Description

Responsible for providing daily support for the company's operational applications (e.g. WMS, TMS, etc) to keep our business operations running smoothly, while training users and delivering general IT technical support.

• Provide daily support for operational applications such as WMS, TMS, etc. — troubleshooting issues raised by users.
• Liaise with system vendors to escalate issues and follow up on fixes and enhancements.
• Train new and existing staff on operational applications and prepare user guides.
• Provide general IT support across desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, email, user accounts, and network troubleshooting.
• Assist users with office tools such as Excel and Outlook for their daily tasks and reporting.
• Manage company email accounts, system access, and IT equipment records and inventory.
• Willing to travel to local and outstation sites, and to provide remote or on call after-hours support for urgent operational issues when required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,050.00 per month
