We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B professional with strong leadership skills to join our growing team and help deliver an excellent dining experience.

a) Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in F&B operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge in budgeting, cost control, and operations analysis
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred

b) Job Responsibilities :

Operational Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and customer experience
• Implement SOPs and operational improvements
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

c) Financial & Business Management :

• Control operational costs and improve profitability
• Analyze sales performance and financial reports
• Optimize menu pricing and operational efficiency
• Support business growth and revenue improvement

d) Staff Leadership & Development :

• Lead, train, and motivate team members
• Conduct staff evaluations and coaching
• Build a positive and productive working environment
• Assist in recruitment and talent development

e) Customer Experience :

• Deliver excellent customer service and dining experience
• Handle customer feedback and implement improvements
• Support promotional and marketing activities

f) Strategic Growth :

• Identify market trends and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with management on new concepts and development plans
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and business partners
• Support sustainable and efficient business practices

Salary & Benefits

Salary: RM4,000 – RM9,000 (Based on experience)
