Location: Menara Generalli, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract: Fixed-term (Ends 28 August 2026)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of short-term projects. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, conduct research, organize meetings and events, and provide administrative support to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders regarding project-related matters
• Assist in organizing meetings, business engagements, outreach activities, and project events
• Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports to support project planning
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and project files
• Support coordination of business meetings and other project-related activities
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Suitable for candidates who are available to start immediately and are looking for a short-term project opportunity.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM5,500/month
