Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Level 2 (L2) support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Diagnose routing, switching, and connectivity issues across LAN/WAN environments.
• Configure and support routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLANs.
• Perform network health checks, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with Level 3 teams, vendors, and other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and change records.
• Participate in planned maintenance, upgrades, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Network Operations or Network Support.
• Hands-on experience in End-to-End L2 Network Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Experience with Routing & Switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs).
• Strong network troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
• Experience working in enterprise network environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Good communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are an added advantage

Salary: Increase 15-20% from current salary
