Customer Care Officer

Project: Singapore Market

Language Requirement: Mandarin + English

Work Location: KL Sentral

Joining Date: 20 July 2026

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Respond to customer enquiries via calls, emails, and live chat.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Escalate complex cases whenever required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
