We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, coffee station, seating area, and equipment.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared and presented to company standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Academic qualification : SPM or above
• Previous experience as a barista, café crew, or in customer service is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.

Working Hours

• Monday to Sunday
• 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• 1 rest day per week
• Rotational shifts within operating hours
