Front Supervisor

Take the lead in creating exceptional dining experiences while supporting daily restaurant operations and inspiring your team to deliver KyoChon's outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver excellent customer service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
• Welcome customers warmly and recommend our signature Korean fried chicken.
• Take orders accurately and ensure food is served promptly.
• Handle cashier duties and payment transactions professionally.
• Coordinate smooth restaurant operations and table management.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
• Support, guide, and motivate the Front-of-House team.
• Ensure KyoChon's service standards are consistently achieved.
