Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle scheduling.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, road tax, insurance, and inspections.
• Arrange repairs and follow up with workshops.
• Keep fleet records updated (maintenance history, fuel usage, permits, etc.).
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance.
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies and traffic regulations.
• Handle vehicle registration, permit renewals, and related documentation.
• Investigate accidents and coordinate insurance claims.
• Prepare fleet reports and recommend cost-saving improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport authorities, and internal departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fleet, transport, or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage.
