Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agent Sales Executive to support the growth and performance of our sales agent network. You will be responsible for planning sales strategies, developing agent capabilities, monitoring sales performance, and executing initiatives to improve productivity and business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve business targets.
• Recruit, develop and manage the performance of sales agents.
• Conduct product knowledge, sales and skill development training for agents.
• Monitor agents' sales performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Analyse sales trends, identify opportunities and prepare performance reports.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, contests and incentive programmes to drive agent motivation.
• Manage reward, recognition and performance consequence programmes for agents.
• Build strong relationships with agents and provide continuous coaching and support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Support the implementation of projects and programmes related to agent development and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, agency management, business development or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct training and engage with different groups of people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required.
