JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• ·Develop and maintain relationships with clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base.
• Promote and introduce company products to potential and existing customers.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain good business relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Perform outdoor sales visits and customer meetings when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
