Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor (Civil)Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment on site.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety practices are maintained at all times.
• Attend site meetings and assist in project coordination.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in civil construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
• Familiar with quality control, safety requirements, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel or work at project sites.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
