• The Project Manager manages key client projects. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedule.
• Facilitating change request to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. (Variation order)
• Managing relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.
• Managing project process and adapt work as required.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executives’ staff
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Monitor contractor’s invoices – quantity and rates
• Always look out for new contractors for various scope of work
• Whenever possible, utilize our own resources
• Ensure no wastage of materials usage
• Keep Section Heads and Operations Manager informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely.
• Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner.
• To control the project team resources and its budget
• To make day-to-day decisions related to project activities, manage resources, and oversee the project team
• To approve on sub-contractor selection
• Carry out Ad Hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior/ the Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in ELV/ICT project execution or site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of structured cabling, fiber containment & ELV systems.
• Data Center project experience is a strong advantage.
• Able to read drawings & manage sites independently.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Possess own transport; willing to travel within Klang Valley & JB.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
