• Project supervisors are responsible for coordinating all labour needs for a given project. This involves picking internal team members, as well as training external labour when necessary. It also involves creating and delivering project instructions to all Project Team members.
• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision. Organizing workflow and ensuring that Project Team understand their duties or delegated tasks. Monitoring Project Team productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Project Manager/ Executive in the implementing of projects in the field as necessary.
• To be responsible for the day-to-day operations and associated administrative duties of the facilities.
• To direct the work of a multi-disciplinary project team and to provide members of the team with appropriate encouragement, guidance and feedback on that work in accordance with relevant project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, according to contractual conditions, within budget, and with adherence to standards of construction, as well as safety policies.
• Report any incident, accidents, hazards or near misses in the workplace immediately as per company procedures.
• Manage site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Act as communication liaison between low-level employees and senior management.
• Participate in the project planning process.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Consistently follows/enforces the Company’s safety procedures and policies
• Keep Project Manager/ Executive informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely.
• Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Carry out Ad Hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the Project Manager/ Executive.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in ELV/ICT project execution or site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of structured cabling, fiber containment & ELV systems.
• Data Center project experience is a strong advantage.
• Able to read drawings & manage sites independently.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Possess own transport; willing to travel within Klang Valley & JB.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
