Job Title: Food Production Operator

Company: Gourmessa Sdn. Bhd.
Location: Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah, 42920 Pulau Indah, Selangor, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food production processes according to company standards.
• Prepare, pack, and label food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Ensure product quality and comply with food safety procedures.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• No experience required (training will be provided).
• Physically fit and willing to work in a production environment.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700/month
• Attendance Allowance: RM100/month
• Transport Allowance: RM100/month
• Night Shift Allowance: RM5 per shift
• Overtime: Available almost every day
• OT Pay: Paid according to Malaysian Employment Act
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided (where applicable)
