ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Control

• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods for production and returns to the warehouse.
• Perform frequent inventory checks and prepare reports for cycle counts.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies.

Production Operations

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of inventory.
• Assist the production team in calculating actual material usage.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of low or excess stock.
• Support and follow FIFO / FEFO inventory practices.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Prepare basic inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.

Coordination & Safety

• Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and planning teams.
• Follow safety, 5S, and security procedures.
• · Assist during internal and external audits.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic inventory management knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to handle manual work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work shifts, overtime, and in a warehouse environment as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
