WSA Biofuel Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial:

• Manage a full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) and bank reconciliations.
• Record all bills, expenses and financial transactions using Xero accounting system.
• Handle deposits, initial payments and loan repayments.
• Issue Proforma invoices and monitor receivables to ensure timely payment collection.
• Perform banking duties and prepare cash flow projections.
• Prepare P&L per shipment and assist month-end/year-end closing.
• Support ISCC audits and maintain proper documentation and filing.

Requirements:

Education

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience in accounts
• Proficient in MS Office & basic accounting software

• Languages: English, Mandarin & Cantonese

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
