Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Middleware Engineer to support Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) services with a focus on Trading Network, EDI, and messaging gateway solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAG webMethods, integration middleware, and B2B/EDI technologies, with the ability to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise integration services in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain the Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) with a focus on Trading Networks, EDI, and messaging gateway services.
  • Develop, configure, and troubleshoot integration solutions using Software AG webMethods.
  • Support EDI/B2B integrations and ensure seamless communication between internal and external systems.
  • Manage and maintain SAG webMethods Trading Networks and related middleware components.
  • Configure and support Apigee API management solutions where required.
  • Perform production support, issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution for integration services.
  • Develop and maintain Linux/Unix shell scripts for automation and operational support.
  • Work with Oracle SQL to troubleshoot, optimize, and manage integration-related database activities.
  • Support Azure Cloud-hosted middleware environments.
  • Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable integration services.
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Software AG (SAG) webMethods.
  • Experience supporting Trading Networks, EDI, and messaging gateway solutions.
  • Good understanding of Integration & Middleware architecture.
  • Experience with Apigee API Management.
  • Knowledge of GXS OpenText AI Translator.
  • Experience with GEN AI technologies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix scripting.
  • Strong Oracle SQL knowledge.
  • Experience supporting applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Good understanding of EDI/B2B integration concepts and standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms in large-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with API management and enterprise middleware best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration solutions is highly desirable.

Work Arrangement

  • Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
  • Work Mode: Onsite (with occasional remote work)
  • Onsite Requirement: Approximately 2 days per week

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cyberjaya
