Site location: Data Centers around Johor areas

Job Scopes:

• Conduct Health and Safety site audit to ensure compliance with Company's Policies and Directives, Local Regulations, and project requirements.
• Enforce Health and Safety procedures and ensure all site activities are carried out in a safe and controlled manner.
• Identify potential hazards and unsafe practices and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all workers, subcontractors, and site personnel adhere to PPE requirements and safety guidelines.
• Ensure all the machinery policies, procedure and instructions are comply to JKKP regulations
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and regular safety briefings for site teams.
• Maintain and update all safety documentation, reports, permits, and inspection records.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper implementation of Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
• Monitor site housekeeping, equipment usage, and material storage to ensure a safe working environment.
• Liaise with site management team and contractors on all safety-related matters.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and statutory requirements (e.g., OSHA / DOSH, CIDB, Bomba requirements where applicable).
• Stop unsafe work activities when necessary to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Promote a strong safety culture among all site personnel.

Requirements:

• Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Registered with DOSH
• Registered with CIDB (Green Card)
• Experience supporting electrical construction, installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service activities involving transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, and related equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site, as site visits are mandatory

Advantageous:

• Experience working in data center construction, commissioning, or maintenance projects.
• Experience conducting site safety audits, PTW reviews, and contractor safety management.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, working at height, lifting operations, and electrical safe work practices.
• Ability to engage confidently with customers, consultants, and subcontractors on HSE matters.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Johor and occasionally to other states.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
