Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Production Operators / Technicians to join our team. This role is suitable for school leavers, fresh graduates, and candidates with little or no working experience.

Training will be provided. The main requirement is a good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic wire harness, cable assembly, and electrical assembly work
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and production guidelines
• Carry out simple checking and quality inspection
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Support daily production targets
• Report any defects, issues, or mistakes to the supervisor

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided
• Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply
• Able to work with hands and follow instructions carefully
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to work overtime when required
• Basic reading and understanding of work instructions is an advantage
• Experience in production, assembly, wiring, or factory work is an added advantage but not required
