Job Summary

We are looking for Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role is suitable for candidates who are hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.

No experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, work carefully, and support daily production requirements, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production, assembly, wiring, and basic manufacturing tasks
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and supervisor guidance
• Perform simple checking and quality inspection
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation
• Support production output and delivery targets
• Support overtime when required to meet production schedules
• Report any defects, mistakes, or production issues to the supervisor
• Assist with other production-related tasks when required

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided
• School leavers and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to work shifts when required
• Able to support overtime when required
• Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic hands-on skills are an advantage
• Experience in production, assembly, wiring, factory work, or manufacturing is an added advantage
• Must have own transport or be able to arrange transport to work
• Van transport may be available depending on route and schedule
