ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise service crews and reception hosts

. Order and purchase of restaurant supplies

• Oversee restaurant daily smooth operations

. Responsible for crew scheduling and coordination

. Handle customer feedback and respond promptly

• Conduct surveys to assess customer requirements, preferences

• Assist the manager to prepare budgets and monitor expenses

• Ad-hoc job given by Restaurant Manager
  

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 years supervisory experience in F&B

• Good interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Able to establish a good team relationship
