Responsibilities
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 + Commission (Based on Experience)
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
- Contact and invite prospective customers
- Follow up with customer enquiries and appointments
- Introduce the company's insurance and financial products
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
- Provide professional customer service and administrative support
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Able to communicate confidently in English for customer service and interview purposes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, telesales, or call centre experience is an advantage
- Sales-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
