Job Description

• Perform de-gating of molded micro/nano parts using precision tools under a microscope to ensure no damage to components.
• Conduct detailed visual inspection of molded parts using a microscope to detect defects such as short shots, flash, burrs, contamination, or surface irregularities.
• Operate and handle the microscope for extended periods (up to 11 hours per shift) to support continuous inspection activities.
• Ensure all inspected products meet company quality standards and specifications before proceeding to the next process.
• Handle delicate micro-components with care using appropriate tools (e.g., tweezers, vacuum pens) to prevent damage or contamination.
• Carry out proper packaging of accepted parts in accordance with standard operating procedures and cleanliness requirements.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and housekeeping in the nano moulding production area, including workstations and inspection equipment.
• Record inspection results and production data accurately as required (manual logs or system entry).
• Identify and segregate non-conforming parts, and report quality issues or abnormalities to the Supervisor immediately.
• Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and any cleanroom protocols during production.
• Support continuous improvement activities by providing feedback on recurring defects or process issues.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work under a microscope for long hours (up to 11 hours per shift).
• Must have experience using stereo microscope to check for defects on products.
• Good eyesight (with or without corrective lenses) and strong attention to detail.
• Steady hand coordination for handling very small and delicate components.
• Ability to sit for extended periods during inspection work.
• Basic hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment (if applicable).
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high levels of concentration throughout the shift.

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday [8:15am to 8:15pm or 8:15pm to 8:15am, Rotating Shift (12 hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $850.00 per month
