Role Focus

What You'll Do

• Observe and assist with selected end-to-end workflows, including preparation, documentation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Attend structured learning sessions, market briefings, and product training conducted by experienced professionals.
• Support guided assignments involving research, information consolidation, presentation preparation, template creation, and operational coordination.
• Develop an understanding of how professional processes progress from analysis and planning through implementation and review.
• Participate in structured reflection sessions with mentorship and personalised feedback to identify strengths and opportunities for growth.
