La Violet Charity Foundation (“LVF”) was founded in 2014 and registered as a tax-exempt body under Section 88 in 2015. LVF is a charitable organization that plans and executes education, youth-related, and dream-chasing programs in Hong Kong.

The team organizes an annual territory-wide event ‘Life beyond Routine’ Dream Project 「今生不做機械人」夢想計劃 in the hope of rallying the community to promote the spirit of ‘Life beyond Routine’, encouraging Hong Kong people to find their passions, challenge themselves, and develop their creativity and personal potentials. The project has accomplished nearly 100 dream projects and helped more than 5,000 dreamers to take the first step to pursue their dreams. The project has received positive feedback from different sectors of society, with 150+ media coverages. Over 100 ‘Dream Sharing Sessions’ were also held in cooperation with more than 100 primary and secondary schools. The progject was divided into three streams for the youth, the family and the elderly under the themes of Dream Creation, Dream Extension and Dream Fulfilment respectively, of which the ‘Dream Creation Program’ is supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charity Trust during *************.
In addition, LVF also collaborates with various organizations and corporates to organize different school programs. Previous examples include “Career and Life Planning Programs” supported by the Youth Development Council and “Life and Financial Planning Programs” supported by UBS.

About the Role
As a Project Manager/ Officer, you will be at the heart of our mission—bringing innovative youth programs to life and ensuring participants and volunteers are engaged, inspired, and making an impact. If you're a proactive, organized, and people-driven individual, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive the foundation’s strategic direction and operations.
Plan, execute, and evaluate programs that support and uplift young people.
Develop and implement impactful programs that uplift and empower young people.
Build strong partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and community organizations.
Develop training materials to empower volunteers in their roles.
Track project progress, assess outcomes, and suggest improvements.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in project management, community work, or the NGO sector.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse volunteers and stakeholders.
Passion for youth development and making a tangible impact.
**Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Project Officer
