The incumbent will assist the Executive Pastry Chef in day-to-day production of pastry, chocolate and specialized desserts and assist in maintaining food quality and sanitation facilities in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Certificate of vocational training schools or equivalent
• 1-year pastry experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants preferable
• Fresh graduates with vocational training in related disciplines will also be considered
• Independent, eager to learn, good team player with strong communication skills
• Good spoken English and Cantonese
