工作內容 / Key Responsibilities
負責券商門市日常運營,包括接待上門客戶、解答開戶及交易平臺操作問題
協助客戶完成系統操作、功能使用指導,提升品牌形象和服務體驗
配合公司定期舉辦的参展及線下推廣活動
收集客戶回饋,協助店鋪業務發展資料整理
職位要求 / Requirements
大專或以上學歷,金融、市場行銷或相關專業優先
具備客戶服務或零售/門店運營及銷售經驗,有金融行業背景更佳
熟悉基本電腦及手機App操作,能清晰講解流程
良好粵語及普通話,基本英語溝通能力
主動積極、有親和力,能適應活動期間靈活安排工作

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily securities offline shops operations, including welcoming walk-in clients and answering their questions about account opening and trading platform usage
Assist clients with system operations and feature navigation to improve branding and service experience
Support regular exhibition and offline marketing and promotional events
Collect client feedback and assist in basic data consolidation for business development purposes

Requirements:
Diploma or above; Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred
Experience in customer service, retail, or shop operations and sales – background in financial industry is preferred
Familiar with basic computer and mobile app usage; able to explain procedures clearly
Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin; basic English communication skills
Proactive, approachable, and flexible to work during event periods when needed
