We are looking for a Business Analyst to support system implementation and process improvement projects. The role will work closely with users, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare documentation, support testing, and ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and document user requirements
Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, workflow documents, and related project materials
Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet user requirements
Participate in User Acceptance Testing, including test preparation, execution, and issue follow-up
Identify common technical or process issues and provide improvement recommendations
Support project timelines, implementation milestones, and progress tracking
Coordinate with users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project expectations are clearly communicated and delivered
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in IT/software project coordination
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Customer-focused, detail-minded, and well-organized
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
