Responsibilities

Company Description INX is a brand experience agency based in Singapore, serving brand managers, creative agencies, and event organizers across the Asia Pacific region. The company delivers end-to-end services, including strategic planning, creative execution, and event management, and has successfully produced over 300 events in 9 cities. INX continues to innovate through in-house content production, artiste collaborations, experiential vehicles, and sustainable production workflows, supported by a regional presence in 5 cities. Its expertise spans brand activation, experiential design, live event production, and conference event management for both local and overseas clients.

Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of onsite and work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, acting as the main point of contact, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with clients’ brand and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing brand activation and event campaigns, coordinating with internal teams (creative, production, operations), preparing proposals and budgets, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. The Account Manager will also support strategic planning, contribute to pitch presentations, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular status updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with experience handling multiple accounts or projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of brand activation, experiential marketing, or event management, including planning, logistics coordination, and onsite execution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as creative, production, and operations, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Proficiency in basic project management practices, including budgeting, timeline management, reporting, and use of common productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Prior experience in an agency, events, or marketing environment in the Asia Pacific region is preferred.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or a related field is beneficial.
