Location : Penang, Malaysia

Type : Contract (6,12 months - extendable)

Experience : 8+ years

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in SAP with significant experience in the manufacturing sector, especially the steel industry.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP modules, including order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and shipping.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP certification preferred.
• In-depth understanding of sales and distribution processes in the steel manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration and customization of SAP modules to meet the specific needs of the steel manufacturing industry.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP issues, ensuring minimal disruption to sales and distribution operations.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP modules.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using SAP functionalities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and changes made to the SAP system.
