This role is essential for developing business in Singapore through comprehensive education counseling services.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead market development initiatives by providing expert education counseling services for international schools, boarding schools, and university applications in US/UK
  • Coordinate with Singapore-based educational institutions to build and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Implement and manage digital tools for tracking application deadlines, student progress, and documentation
  • Develop market-specific education consulting strategies aligned with Singapore's education landscape


Key Duties

  • Conduct detailed assessments of students' academic backgrounds and create personalized education plans
  • Manage complex application processes for international institutions
  • Track and coordinate multiple application deadlines and requirements
  • Provide comprehensive interview preparation for students and parents
  • Maintain secure documentation and regular communication with stakeholders
  • Oversee coordination of 1-on-1 tutoring sessions and academic support programs


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top 50 US university or Oxbridge, NUS, will be highly considered.
  • Strong preference for experience with US/UK admissions consulting for the undergraduate level at top universities
  • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
  • Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, and product management a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English, Mandarin)
  • Stakeholder management (collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders, students and parents)
  • Resilience when working independently under pressure, flexible and adaptive to working in a fast-paced growing organisation
  • Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred
  • You must be legal to work in Singapore for this role
